This Privacy Policy explains how Selleck Ventures LLC ("LineDrift," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the LineDrift mobile application and the linedriftbets.com website (together, the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account information. When an account is created for you, we collect your email address. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase.
Subscription information. Subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and plan tier; we do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Usage and diagnostics. We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect app usage events (such as features used and screens viewed) and crash reports, associated with a device or app identifier.
Push notification tokens. If your plan includes notifications and you grant permission, we collect a device push token so alerts can be delivered to your device.
Advertising data. Ads in the free and ad-supported tiers are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and, where you have given consent (including through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), may use them to serve personalized ads. You can decline tracking and still use the Service; ads will be less personalized.
Data stored on your device. Your settings, alert history, and personal markers (such as alerts you've flagged) are stored locally on your device.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service, including verifying your subscription and delivering alerts;
To improve the Service through aggregate usage analytics and crash diagnostics;
To respond to support requests;
To comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate parts of the Service on our behalf — Google (Firebase authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push delivery, and AdMob advertising) and Stripe (payments and subscription billing) — and where required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Account Settings → Delete Account). Deletion removes your account, cancels your subscription, and wipes the app's local data on your device. You may also contact us at support@linedriftbets.com to request deletion of your data.

Age Requirements

The Service is intended for adults. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use LineDrift, and the Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Security

We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
