Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LineDrift mobile application and the linedriftbets.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Selleck Ventures LLC ("LineDrift," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LineDrift Is — and Is Not

LineDrift is an informational and entertainment tool that tracks publicly available sports betting line movement and flags changes against configurable thresholds. LineDrift is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not facilitate, accept, or process any wagers, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, betting, or investment advice. Any betting decisions you make, and their outcomes, are entirely your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws relating to sports betting in your location.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created as part of subscribing on our website. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (currently PRO LITE and PRO) are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor, via our website.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Plan pricing and features may change; we will provide notice of material changes, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Free and Ad-Supported Tiers

Free and ad-supported plans include advertising served by third parties and may limit features, including the number of leagues available and access to notifications. Feature availability by plan is described on our pricing page and may change over time.

6. Data Accuracy

Line data, game state, scores, and derived metrics are obtained from third-party sources and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any data shown in the Service is accurate, complete, or timely, and you should independently verify any information before acting on it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through automated means, reverse engineering the app, reselling or redistributing its data, circumventing plan restrictions, or interfering with its operation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Selleck Ventures LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLECK VENTURES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM BETTING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date; material changes may also be communicated in the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
